I replaced the fuser film and roller on my HP2055dn.  Prints fine but paper does not feed completely out the top.  It leaves about an inch still in the printer and this causes the printer to show a rear jam.  I can only think that I did not get the gears properly aligned when reassembling, causing them to not turn long enough to completely feed the page through.  However, I can find no video/diagram/instructions about aligning the gears and/or shafts (some have flats). Everything I find about jams r feeds does not relate to my problem.  Any help would be appreciated.

You need to make sure that the exit sensor and the fuser sensor are both seated properly and plugged in.
