paper guide

Hi

I am continuing to get message to "...check paper guide and load paper" but I have double-checked there is no jam, paper is loaded in tray and the paper guide is in correctly. Any ideas? I think I read on another forum that a system reset may be required? Thanks Grenville

Does the printer try to print and then throw this error or does the error show up on power up? If it tries to print and fails there may be something in the paper path blocking the paper feed, or the pickup roller may be worn. Can you print from the manual tray?
