I been having problems with my printer it says paper jam but there is not paper jam I followed the steps they gave me but I notice that the carriage doesn't move to the center

Note: Please first rule out the possibility of paper jamming or other foreign objects inside the printer.
What is the model number of your printer?
Are you using regular A4 paper?
What is the paper jam code?
Where is the paper jam?
