My Opinion
The first order of business is to confirm that the paper size, type, and weight are supported by the printer.
Next, check that the printer is aware of the paper size, type (Embedded Web Server - EWS).
Finally, if nothing you do works as you want and expected,
Consider printing the contents on labels that are the size of the pre-punched labels.
After printing, attach each printed label to the pre-punched labels.
