Hello!

My HP ink tank wireless 415 printer is not working, when I power on the printer, all indicator lights blink (except power indicator light) permanently ,and when I try to switch on the printer ,nothing happens.

I have tried the power drain and every technique but nothing works.

Kindly help me.

Hi @tamima234 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I Understand you are encountering an issue where all indicator lights on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer are blinking (except the power indicator light), and the printer is unresponsive,  Here are additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams. If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause issues.

Inspect for Obstructions:

  • Make sure no foreign objects are obstructing the movement of the print carriage. Check inside the printer thoroughly.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the back, and wait for about 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on. This process can sometimes clear temporary issues.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates on the official HP support website and follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.

Verify Power Supply:

  • Confirm that the power outlet you are using is functional. Try plugging the printer into a different power outlet to eliminate the possibility of a power issue.

Inspect Power Cord:

  • Check the power cord for any damage. If the cord appears damaged, consider replacing it with a new one.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-

Hello, I have the same problem. After turning on the printer, all the LEDs blink, and pressing the printer's power button does nothing.
