@490002, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I understand you're experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4929 All-in-One Printer. While I'm unable to arrange a technician directly, I can offer some troubleshooting steps that might help resolve your paper handling issues:

Paper Tray Alignment and Loading:

  • Ensure that the paper is properly aligned in the paper tray. The guide should be snug against the paper without bending it.
  • Only load paper that is flat, clean, and free of wrinkles or curled edges.

Paper Type and Quality:

  • Check the printer settings to ensure they match the type and quality of paper loaded. This can affect how the printer handles the paper.
  • Avoid overloading the paper tray. Stack only the amount that fits within the tray’s capacity.

Printer Rollers:

  • Sometimes, dirt or residue on the rollers can cause paper jams or misfeeds.
  • Clean the printer rollers with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water if they seem dirty.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
