Hi @Said16 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw is still showing a paper jam error after clearing the paper and replugging the printer, try these steps:
Double-Check for Jammed Paper:
- Ensure that there’s no paper jam in any of the paper trays, the output area, or inside the printer. Look carefully for any small pieces of paper that might be stuck.
Inspect the Printer Rollers:
- Open the printer's doors and check the rollers for any paper fragments or obstructions. Clean the rollers gently with a lint-free cloth if necessary.
Check the Fuser Area:
- The fuser is located at the back of the printer. Ensure there’s no paper stuck in this area.
Reset the Printer:
- Power off the printer, unplug it from the wall, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.
Check for Error Messages or Codes:
- Review the printer’s display panel for any additional error codes or messages that could provide more information about the issue.
Run a Diagnostic Test:
- Some HP printers have a built-in diagnostic tool. Access the printer’s menu to run a self-test or diagnostic print job.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Check the HP website for any available updates for your model.
Consult the User Manual:
- Refer to the printer’s user manual for specific instructions related to paper jams and error messages.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
