Printer is pulling paper such that top and side margins are wrong. We've turned off and restarted; still feeding paper wrong. Any ideas? Thank you.

Is the paper skewed or is the print straight but in the wrong place? If skewed, then there is something in the paper path causing friction on the paper. If simply on the wrong place on the page then either settings in software or different paper sizes set between printer and software.
