Your printer wastes several HTV sheets, at more than $1 apiece, each time giving an e2 error. I must reprint 3 or more times, trying different things to make it finally do its job. The HP website was absolutely no help. At this frustrating and expensive rate, I'd save money buying another brand. I don't expect any help here since the webpage's referral link doesn't work. So add this to the growing "me, too" list. I had so hoped for better.

Impossible to answer your question with the limited details you have provided. Sorry to hear you are having difficulties but at this point your lack of disclosure has made it impossible for someone to help you. If you can post back with some clear details and the model of printer, how long you have used it and whether printing on heat transfer vinyl has ever worked for you on this printer, someone might be able to make some useful suggestions. Keep in mind that this forum is a user to user support forum not a direct conduit to HP support.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
