Bonjour,

J'ai une imprimante depuis 3 ans maintenant.

Je ne peux plus imprimer ,car l'imprimante ne reconnait pas que j'ai du papier dans le bac, elle écrit "papier épuisé".

 

J'ai nettoyé les rouleaux, j'ai reset l'imprimante, plusieurs fois.

Ca ne marche pas.

 

Je ne suis pas pour l'obsolescence, quelqu'un a t-il-une solution?
