I have been going round in circles on customer support page and cannot get to speak to a PERSON.
This piece of foam came out of my printer stuck to the paper. It is printing ok now but should I be worried?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
That part seems to be the foam absorber for printing Borderless photos. Might get some ink smudges on the printed page.
If you do not see Smudges, then it should be ok.
If the printer is still under warranty, would suggest to contact HP for a replacement printer.
