1. First check you computer and printer has a USB cable to connect.

2. Then try to install with the next driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/DJ2300/Full_Webpack-51.3.4843-DJ2300_Full_Webpack...

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
