Can I connect my printer to my phone without WiFi?

Hi, my WiFi went out last night, and I'm in the process of getting it reconnected. My question is: can I connect my printer to my phone without WiFi? I don't always use WiFi on my phone and would like to be able to print. My phone is Android, Motorola. Thanks in advance.
