I have reset printer.  I have reset router. I have tried wireless set up.  I have tried USB direct connect to HP PC.  The response is the same.  Your printer must be connected to a network.  The printer information sheet shows the old network name.  No setting prompt has allowed me to enter the network name.  But I don't think that should be a problem if i am connected via USB cable direct from printer to the HP PC. I am running Windows 11.  HP Smart app does display the correct printer and model number but says the printer is offline.  I have tried the virtual assistant with no luck and have followed each of the instructions (as shown above - resetting, plugging and unplugging each part of the system as directed) with any success.  I am now dead in the water with no printing capabilities.  Any suggestions?
