HP Laptop - 15s-eq10115au

HP Deskjet 1050 J410 will not print

 

1- ink Levels are showing Full

2- The printer takes scans ok - Just printing problem - what do I do ?

3- The name of driver I installed is - Full_Webpack-1333-DJ1050_J410_Full_Webpack.exe

4- when I took the color cartridge out I noticed that it was full ,but some of the ink had spilt onto the connection.

5- when I took the Black cartridge out I noticed that it was almost Empty - so the program is Not functioning with the Level indicator either.

 

what should I do ??

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Deskjet Printer not printing.

 

Try to reset the printer and check if that solves the problem.


1. Turn on the printer and open the cartridge access door.
2. Remove both the black and color cartridges from the printer and close the door.
3. Disconnect the power cord at the back of the printer.
4. Wait for 30 seconds and connect the power cable back to the printer.
5. If the printer does not turn on automatically, press the power button to turn it on.
6. Install the cartridges.

 

Now, try to print and check of the issue is resolved.
