I can login okay to the HP Smart App from my laptop browser but get an "Invalid username or password" error when attempting to login to the app on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE5E. I've cleared the cache and data and uninstalled the app multiple times. I've tried unblocking the app under the privacy and security settings through the  'Samsung internet settings' and I've reset the password multiple times but to no avail. Any suggestions, please?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet All-In-One Printer can't login to the HP Smart App.  

 

If the default browser on your Android device is Samsung, follow these steps to log in to or create an HP Smart account.

  1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

  2. Open the Samsung internet browser.

  3. On the bottom right, tap More, and then tap Settings.

  4. Tap Privacy and Security.

  5. Tap Block apps from opening internet.

  6. Toggle off the switch for HP Smart.

  7. Return to the HP Smart app, and then log in or create an HP account.
