Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281

Hi all `like others I have upgraded my Mac to Big Sur 11.2 to discover that there doesn't seem to be an HP printer driver for it.  My printer is a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281 fdw.   Any suggestions welcome.  Or if someone in HP is able to tell me when a driver will arrive!

`Many thanks all

@retirednow1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Upon checking I see that drivers are available until Mac OS 11.0 on the website. We haven't received any notification on the release date of a new driver however, it will be released soon.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest you use the printer using AirPrint drivers-

Remove and add the printer

Click the Apple menu, and then select System Preferences.

Depending on your operating system version, click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners.

Click the name of your printer, click the Minus sign, and then delete the printer.

Select printer and click the minus sign

Click the Plus sign, and then click Add Printer or Scanner.

Click the Use or Print Using box, and then select AirPrint

Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Click Add to add the printer to the list.

Try to print.

Keep me posted for further assistance.

This didn't work.  I deleted the printer but when I go to add a printer nothing comes up in the use box or anywhere else either.

How is the printer connected to the computer?

Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?

Keep me posted.
