Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot finish the installation with HP smart  as I get the following error code:

Error Code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001

despite the fact that I have registered the printer web based under my account

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Smart gets error.

 

You can try reinstall the HP smart app from Microsoft store.

I contacted HP support and they fixed the issue.  They took control of my PC and changed some settings from Embedded Web Server.  I am not sure which settings they were.
