HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

Hello... My HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e has randomly decided it doesn't want to print anymore. After numerous factor resets, fully disconnection from power, uninstalls of related HP printer programs/apps and all related drivers from my HP laptop, I still cannot get my printer to print.  I am getting Error code of UA_400_EB000U0410 in the HP App, advising me that the install cannot be completed. I am beyond frustrated, as I have been trying for months to get it to work. My HP Laptop recognizes it yet won't print. The printer is showing successfully connected to my network Wi-Fi but will not print stating the setup is incomplete and to review my HP Account. I've checked everything I can imaging. Help...
