HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

I just bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series (9015e to be more specific) and have installed it on my personal computer and my iPhone with the HP app. I also work remotely so I have my work computer at home.  Later when I tried to add the printer to my work computer it asked for a WPS PIN. Since I had previously installed the printer on the other devices, I no longer have access to the WPS PIN. I also have the option of installing the HP app on my work computer, but of course it will not let me. Is there a way that I can access the WPS PIN? Thank you!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This should help you: How to Find the WPS PIN to Complete Printer Setup

Also, let us know what happens exactly when you try installing the HP App.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks!

Have a great day!
