Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

unable to download software after crashed for 9010 series printer. Says authentication required. Automatically enters username as admin. Asking for a password. Where is the password or how do I set a new one?  It is not 12345678 nor is it the PIN number.

I'd be happy to help.

 

If you open the front cover of the printer - as if to remove the print cartridges - you will find the default EWS password (it's actually a PIN number) printed on the right, along with your printer's serial number.
