2620 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am facing a very unique issue with respect to getting connected to HP 2620 Desk Jet Printer.

- Printer has good ink levels but its not able to print test pages. As its not able to print test pages so I dont have any way of knowing IP address of the printer.

- Main issues is I am not able to connect to the printer via Direct Wifi/WPS (Although it shows "Direct-2E-HP DeskJet 2600" as available in Wifi list) or USB. It connected via USB cable once but now keeps on showing offline. I have tried on & off & many available tricks online already but nothing seems to work.

- I am not using router but Mobile Hotspot as Wifi connection

- I installed/ reinstalled software/ driver etc.

-Since the printer doesnt print despite having 75% ink available, I am finding it extremely difficult to find a solution

- Can someone advise on if I can find printer's IP address by product serial number/ any other product information?

- How can I solve my no printing despite having good ink issue?

you help would be highly appreciated
