Product: HP 500ps wide format plotter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Just want to put this out that my old but reliable HP500PS plotter recently started crashing AutoCad and wouldn't plot PDF files. After much frustration and trying a range of drivers, I found out the culprit was Windows 10 Update KB4560960, installed on my computer June 11, 2020. I deleted the update, reinstalled my old driver and all works fine. I deleted the update by going to Control Panel>Update and Security>View Update History (near bottom of right side panel)>Uninstall Updates (at top of new page right below "View Update History"). I hope this helps someone avoid the frustration I went through.
