Hello HP-Support,

 

I noticed the firmware version provided on your homepage for my product is older than the one installed on the machine I bought.

 

Homepage:

HP Color Laser MFP 178nw, 178nwg, 179fnw, 179fwg Firmware File

V3.82.01.08

 

Printer:

HP Color Laser MFP 178nw, 178nwg, 179fnw, 179fwg Firmware File

V3.82.01.12

 

Could you please make sure the most recent firmware it accessable through your support page.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are looking for updated firmware.

 

We do not have new firmware released for your printer model, the last firmware was released in June 2020.
