HP Laser 107w - Severe left margin shift/clipping when printing A5 from Excel (Driver v3.13.59.0)

Hello HP Expert Team,

I run a retail jewelry shop and need to print sales invoices on A5 paper size directly from Microsoft Excel.

Product: HP Laser 107w
Connection: Wi-Fi (Network)
Operating System: Windows 10/64-bit
Driver: HP Laser 103 107 108 Full Software Driver V1.22 (Driver Version: 3.13.59.0)

Problem Description:
When sending print jobs on A5 paper directly from Microsoft Excel:
1. Print Preview inside Excel looks 100% normal, properly centered and proportional.
2. However, the physical printout on A5 paper is severely shifted to the left margin. The left-side content/table borders are completely clipped/cut off, leaving an abnormally wide empty space on the right margin.
3. Interestingly, if I print the exact same sheet via "Save as PDF" and print from a PDF viewer, it prints in the center without any problem. But doing this extra step for every single retail customer is completely impractical for my business workflow.

Settings verified:
- Paper size is set to A5 in both Excel Page Setup and Printer Properties.
- In Excel Margins, "Center on page: Horizontally and Vertically" are enabled.
- Paper guides in the input tray are properly centered and adjusted to A5.

This clearly points to a coordinate mapping / paper offset glitch between Excel's Right-to-Left table rendering and the HP/Samsung SPL driver for A5 format.

Is there any specific driver setting, firmware update, or generic HP PCL/SPL driver configuration that can correct the X-offset for A5 printing directly from Excel?

• Print directly through the Windows print dialog instead of Excel's modern print interface.

Update or reinstall the print driver
