Hi, I need to perform a factory reset on my "HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile". Apparently the procedure is not public. Hope you can help me out.

@Kineon

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:

  • 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
  • 2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
  • 3. Touch Restore.
  • 4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
  • 5. Touch Restore.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks for the response. The problem could be solved through the whatsapp chat support though. Just needed the button combination for the support or disable/enable menu.
