Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

My printer's touchscreen is not working correctly.  Every time I touch the screen to attempt to go through the menus, it double clicks and goes to the Engineering Menu and I can't get to any of the other options to change settings.  In addition, the three touchscreen buttons (Back, Home, Help) now don't work anymore either.  Please help.  

 

I've already tried Hard Restart, updated Firmware, and reseting to Factory Settings.  None of those worked.  Thank you.
