Product: Officejet Pro 8725

Ran out of color ink wish to print in black & white.  Changed settings to black and white,  pinter insist on getting the color cartiridges changed.  Have a brand new black ink one installed.

Hi Karl80,

You cannot print when any of the ink cartridges are empty, all ink cartridges required to maintain the print system health,

 

Please replace any empty cartridge to resume printing, as described on below support document:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/model/7...
