HP Recommended
Product: MacBook Pro
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Printer is connected to MacBook Pro and will print.  HP updated it HP Smart App and now when I go to scan it says printer offline even though it is connected and will print.  It is wireless.  Have deleted printer and reinstalled, deleted app and reinstalled.  Get the same information and then sometimes it locks up computer.  Does any one have a solution.  Hate to discard an expensive printer as I must be able to scan.
