HP Recommended

I use HP Omen laptop.

HP Smart - (it's evil) the screen is stuck, the first screen has two buttons,  Accept & Continue,  Exit Setup. It looks like the Exit Setup button is selected. However, when I try to select a button they slightly darken but nothing happens. I can select button at far left of the screen but I don't think everything is showing. I want to stop the - what is it called, Private Printing? I just want it to print when I send something to the printer.
