HP Recommended

I'm really hoping to find a resolution to my problem because the site is near impossible to get ahold of someone from HP. Does anyone know if there is another way to get the firmware for the HP LaserJet Enterprise M507? The support page for this model, every time I've tried to pull it up the last few days, has given me a 404 error. I have an M507 stuck on preboot and am hoping reinstalling the firmware could fix the issue as no other solutions I looked up have worked on it.
