HP USB-C Universal - Dock  won't recognized by my Elitebook Laptop ( windows10 ,

Hello

as there are several tens of ELitebook models, could you please be more specific ?

 

which USB-C Universal dock model ? could you please read on the bootm if you can read a Model or Product number ?

also here there are several model.

 

USB-C universal should work with every models, but for video ports you MUST install a driver.
