hp psc 2210all-in-one
Microsoft Windows XP

Hi

I have a hp psc 2210 all-in-one; serial number [Personal Information Removed]C8654A

2 Problems : when trying to print something, it says "paperproblem use another kind of paper" Any ideas, how to solve this?

Resetting did not help.

Until recently I got around the problem by using the" hp photo and imaging director" that made the machine copy and print via USB alright.

The software was installed on a mac, that broke down recently. I used an old windows XP computer and installed the hp director software (from the original installation CD of the machine!) on it, only to find out, that this software did not open, when clicking on the icon. Installing it on another XP-computer: same problem.

For this problem (hp director does not open) there has been a thread on support.hp.com with some links (in 2011), that do not work any more (because it has been archived ?). If I could get these links working again or if somebody else could help somehow on either problem, I would surely aprecciate it.

Thank you

Frajo
