Hello everyone

My mother has an HP f4580 which she has used for many years happily via a wireless connection as she only uses an ipad. BT recently upgraded her router and now she cant use her printer. I've connected my laptop using a USB cable and it works fine. How do I update the printer wifi password? When I downloaded HP smart it just tells me that the printer is offline. Tried using WPS but no luck.
