Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I'm switching to a different computer with windows 8.1 64bit.

 My old computer was windows7 and had the HP ePrint and Share program on it that let me print any pdf or jpg to our Designjet 510. 

I have searched for the program on the HP site, and  install it and open it then send print jop to printer and still rendering without respond .

But if i print directly to the printer without program (hp instant printing 3) it is print normally .

But i need this utility to preview before print .

 

The printer is useless without this utility.
