Hi all,
I am trying to help my neighbours. They just bought a brand new HP7134.
they wanted to use the setup cartridge, but apparently trying to remove all straps, they did damage the electrodes (they are 70 years old) and they are not functional anymore. They even told me the printer is now blocked "online" by HP.
They tried to contact the support, but as they did damage the cartridge, HP told them they cannot help and they need to contact the store where it was bought...but of course the store does not want to help as it was manually damaged)
I am looking for a way to still be able to use the printer: bypass the setup cartridge or ask HP to send new ones to them.
Can someone indicate a solution to this problem?
