Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Uninstalled the HP Smart App because the app was showing the printer offline, when the printer is not offline.  Can print and scan with no issues.  Was recommended to uninstall and reinstall the smart app, now can't find where to reinstall it from.  Which driver contain the smart app for HP Color LaserJet MFP M479fdw ?

The HP Smart can be installed from the Microsoft Store.

 

You may search for it from the Microsoft Store app, you may also follow below steps with a direct link:

Hello,  thank you for information.  I was able to install the HP Smart App on one device but can't add another Windows 10 device.  I signed into my microsoft account, select Add Device and follow the prompts to select the PC, Windows and keep getting message to sign in with microsoft account when I'm already signed in.
