Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw

Can anyone help me perform a factory reset on my recently purchased MFP 3301. The password was previously set but can't be located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I clicked on the link, it said "We're sorry, we can't find the page you're looking for. Can you just copy and paste them to this thread please?

 

It's very frustrating trying to restore factory defaults. I found the Service menu and then it wants a Service password to restore defaults.  The whole reason I want to default the system is because the passwords aren't known.  Help!
