Hi @Wwjohn,
Samsung printer support and drivers are now provided by HP, so you can get them from the HP site.
- Go to support.hp.com > Software and Drivers > Printer and type your Samsung model (e.g. "Samsung Xpress M2020"), as shown on the front label.
- Download the Print Driver (or the full software package) for your operating system and run it.
- Choose USB or Network connection when the installer asks, and follow the prompts.
Please share the exact Samsung model and your operating system, and we'll post the direct driver link.
