Product: HP Deskjet 1000 Printer - J110a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using the latest drivers and genuine 802 small black ink cartridge. But it seems that the new cartridges are not supported by the old printer models. I have done basic troubleshooting like cleaning the metal contacts of printer, Turn off for 10 mins and restart, using another laptop. I can't update the firmware because the landing page for the firmware update is no longer working. The ink cartridge is manufactured in September 2022 and product number is CH561ZZ. Please let me know if you need any further information. Thank you for your help.
