I was scanning some documents and a paper stuck, I got the error: 49.38.03, remove the paper but the error continues, disconnect the power and network cable for 24 hours but the error persists, what can I do?

It is possible that a chain of events resulted in a corrupted firmware. You best first course of action is to go to support.hp.com and search for the firmware for your printer. Download the firmware readme file and follow the instructions on updating firmware from the preboot menu. In the preboot menu there is also some diagnostics utilities that you can use to confirm that the harddrive in the device is in good working order. Note that in the diagnostics there is a hard disk test and an EMMC test. As this unit does not use an Emmc drive it will fail.  I have had a couple of device fail recently with a 49 error and restoring the firmware worked short term but in the end it turned out to be a bad harddrive.
