  1. I have an OffieJet Pro 6978.  I have been using it for years with no problem.  Last week it stopped printing my documents.  I have tried to reinstall but now I cannot download the driver.

My System is 64-bit operating system, x64 based performance

Windows 10 Pro

Is there any help available?  Thank you in advance.
