Envy 4527
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 4527 can't connect to HP after moving country. I'm trying to start again and bought non Instant cartridges in UK as advised but get a message that they are non Instant, and it still says...

'This printer is enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program.' 

It was in France, but I moved back to the UK.  It doesn't work in the UK now, and I can't confirm my old account because the French phone number and email address I used are no more!)

'Settings have been been saved successfully. However, Communication between browser and printer has been lost.'

'Failed to unpack CAB'

I would love to re apply for Instant ink, but so far everything I've tried ends up with 'lack of communication or 'do.'
