Product: HP OfficeJet 5743 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Officejet 5743. I had a new wifi network installed. I went through process to update the network, but I'm getting the error message "The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later." The Wireless Summary page has the correct network name.

HP Recommended

It is possible that there is a compatibility issue if your router is a newer model with advanced 5Gh or better. One thing to try is to create a unique SSID for the 2.4Ghz radio on your router and only let the printer connect to that network to see if it works better.
