Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode
Been trying all afternoon to speak to an actual human at HP - keeps telling me it will connect me - but it never happens..the virtual assistant no help..
Basically my laptop is not working with my wireless printer - the printer is fine - will print from my phone, will scan to the laptop and will copy..the only message I have managed to get out of it is DRIVER NOT OBTAINABLE..
Have tried all the usual - switch off, unplug (both printer and laptop) have uninstalled and reinstalled printer - and it says it is ready..but then will not print from my laptop!! it just says error - have done the troubleshooting and it found nothing?
Any clues?
