HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

A couple of months ago, my computer died. I got a new iMac running Monterey OS 12.5.1. Since then, my printer only prints black and white. I looked to make sure I wasn't choosing that somehow, but no, I was saying color. I put in new ink cartridges. So I thought I should make sure my driver was current. I downloaded the latest one which was OJP9010_2211C.dmg. When I tried to install it, It spotted the device, but it just says

Cannot update the device
This firmware Updater does not contain upgrades for your device.

This is not good. So now, my printer will never work again? Might there be a driver that will work with my computer?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to print in color, I am glad to assist you.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints in color?

Which application are you using to print?
