Hello, my hp solution center is not working and I cannot use my scanner. When I am trying to open it the flash logo is displayed and nothing else happen. Regards, Catalin

I'm having the same exact problem. I don't think it's printer specific since I have an Office Jet 4500 all- in-one printer. The only work around I could find was to go to my control panel, devices and printers, and selected my printer. Through that window, I was able to access "scanner actions". What a pain. I never had this problem before and I've had my printer for years.

I found out why hp solution center is not working. Adobe flash player is discontinued. According to another post:

"There is no software download link for Solution Center from HP because it is part of your printer’s full feature software solution. Install HP Solution Center with the Windows full feature software from HP’s website."
