HP Officejet J4580

Hi, I've connected an old HP Officejet J4580 to my Windows 10 PC, and am trying to get it to work.

The printer shows up in Printers & Scanners, but says 'driver is unavailable'. When I search in Google for the driver, it brings me to a HP page that just says "Install the HP Printer Driver and Software provided within your operating system."

I downloaded the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but that just brings me back to the same page that says "Install the HP Printer Driver and Software provided within your operating system."

When I connect the USB cable to my PC, it detects it alright, but I can't get any further.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

V.
