Product: Deskjet 2775
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have other HP Printers installed on my PC and have HPSmart installed to support them. I am trying to install this new printer on my PC from a condo building that has a VPN connection -

The instructions are telling me to download HPSmart again . But t is already installed. Instructions say disconnect from VPN before downloading - how?  Seems I won't have an internet connection?

I'm STUCK.
