New HP ENVY 6055 How to turn it off. Or does it turn off automatically?

Hi @ZubinArt ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to know how to turn off your HP ENVY 6055 printer, you can follow these steps:

  • Press the power button on the printer. Typically, the power button is located on the front or top panel of the printer.
  • Hold down the power button until the printer shuts down completely. This may take a few seconds.
  • Once the printer's lights and display turn off, it indicates that the printer is powered off.

If you're wondering whether the printer turns off automatically, it depends on the printer's settings and usage. Some printers have an automatic sleep mode or power-saving feature that puts the printer into a low-power state when it's not in use for a certain period. However, this doesn't completely turn off the printer; it just reduces power consumption.

If you want to completely power off the printer, you'll need to do so manually using the power button as described above.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
